About the Role: The Associate – Relationship Officer (Bancassurance) will act as a bridge between the bank and its insurance partners. You will be responsible for maintaining liaison with stakeholders, managing the Bancassurance dashboard, and ensuring smooth operations of insurance product distribution through bank channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective liaison with branch officials, internal business units, insurance partners, and regulators to support business growth.
- Business Support: Support the growth of Bancassurance by coordinating with internal channels and executing business strategies effectively.
- Data Management: Prepare and maintain a comprehensive Bancassurance database and dashboard for accurate MIS reporting and reconciliation.
- Operational Support: Provide continuous support to business channels by addressing product and process-related queries.
- Training & Content: Prepare presentation slides, training materials, and email drafts for internal and external usage.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of all Bancassurance products and disseminate this information to relevant business channels.
Required Qualifications
