About the Role: The Credit Monitoring Officer is primarily responsible for conducting field audits at dealer points (“Parties”). You will verify physical stock against company records, identify discrepancies, and report findings to the management. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Audit: Visit the party (dealers/distributors) as per the tour plan. Count goods physically according to policy and identify any stock mismatches or problems.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations in the specified format. Send official letters to representatives regarding problems found and provide recommendations for resolution.

• Documentation: Upload scanned copies (merged) of all audit documents to the digital drive and maintain organized hard copies for future reference.

• Digital Management: Upload reports to the PDF file drive and ensure data accuracy in the system.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as directed by the Section In-charge.

Required Qualifications
