BRB Cable Industries Ltd. is hiring a DGM to oversee sales growth, field force management, and dealer relationships.
Special Note: The job nature involves 1 day of office work and 5 days of market visits per week. Candidates must be from a similar industry (Cables, Electronics, Pipes, etc.).
About the Role: As the Deputy General Manager (Marketing), you will act as the Zone Head. You will be responsible for the entire sales ecosystem of your assigned geographical area, including District/Divisional sales centers. The role demands high mobility and close monitoring of field forces to ensure market penetration and revenue growth.
Strategic Leadership: Lead, monitor, and manage the assigned zone to achieve sales growth. Formulate product-wise promotional plans to increase demand.
Planning & Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Field Management: Prepare route plans for the sales team and closely monitor their daily activities. Serve as a link between management and field forces.
Dealer Relations: Maintain close contact with traders and electricians. Ensure they are motivated and that incentives are disbursed on time.
Market Intelligence: Observe competitor activities and take necessary measures in consultation with the Head of Traders.
Operations: Coordinate with Operation, Production, and Distribution teams for smooth customer support.
Reporting: Ensure proper reporting systems and provide daily reports to the Head of Traders regarding key activities.
