About the Role: As a Senior Executive (HRBP), you will act as the bridge between the HR department and the specialized business units. Your role is not just administrative; it is strategic. You will collaborate with line managers to ensure that HR strategies (recruitment, performance, retention) directly support the business goals of the unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Build collaboration with line functions to ensure friendly adoption of HR Strategies by Business Units.
  • Manpower Planning: Develop organizational charts and manpower planning to ensure accurate forecasts and prepare optimized HR budgets.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment from job requisition to onboarding to acquire top talent.
  • Operations & Payroll: Monitor attendance, overtime, and ensure on-time salary generation through reconciliation.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the employment lifecycle from probation to separation, including exit interviews and final settlement.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage the PMS (Performance Management System) aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Compliance & Data: Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, address disciplinary matters, and utilize the ERP/HRIS system for data management.
  • Analytics: Conduct turnover analysis to identify trends and implement retention strategies.

Required Qualifications
