About the Role: The Area Sales Manager (ASM) acts as the strategic leader for a specific geographic territory. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, expanding the dealer network, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities

Territory Management: Achieve company sales and profit objectives within the assigned territory and product portfolio.

Dealer Development: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new opportunities/partners (Dealer Acquisition).

Strategy Implementation: Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement sales and marketing strategies.

Team Leadership: Guide, train, and provide development opportunities for sales team members.

Customer Relations: Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process is applied effectively.

Reporting: Prepare offers, calculate margins, and ensure a perfect transition to sales support/service teams.
