About the Role: The Apprentice Senior Audit Officer will be responsible for conducting internal audits of the Central Office, Branch Offices, and Integrated Agricultural Farms. The role ensures compliance with ISA standards and Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) guidelines. Successful candidates will be confirmed as permanent staff upon satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship period.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: Conduct regular audits of branch offices located in various regions of the country.
• Compliance: Ensure audits are performed according to ISA (International Standards on Auditing) and verify compliance with MRA directives.
• Verification: Physically verify the accounts of microcredit borrowers and savings depositors through field visits. Verify company assets and inventory.
• Reporting: Analyze internal control systems, identify weaknesses in branch management, and submit audit reports to the Chief Executive via the Chief Auditor.
• Travel: Stay at branch locations for audit purposes for at least 10-15 days per month.

Required Qualifications
